A leading Construction Project is urgently hiring for the role of MEP Quantity Surveyor
QUALIFICATION:Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Experience in Qatar or the GCC region preferred Proficiency in cost management software (e.g., Candy, Cost X, Excel) Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction methodologies Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills Minimum 8 years of experience in MEP QS roles, specifically in building construction projects
RESPONSIBILITIES:Prepare detailed BOQs and cost estimates for MEP works Evaluate subcontractor quotations and conduct cost analysis Monitor project budgets and control costs throughout the lifecycle Manage variations, claims, and final account settlements Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure cost efficiency Support tender submissions and contract negotiations Maintain accurate records of all MEP-related financial transactions
