Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable (AR) & Cash Collection Oversee invoicing for customers and partners and ensure timely issuance. Monitor incoming payments, follow up on overdue accounts, and reduce DSO. Maintain accurate AR aging reports and provide clear visibility on cash position. Work closely with finance leadership to strengthen collection processes and payment discipline.
Financial Operations & Bookkeeping Own daily financial records, transaction posting, and invoice processing. Reconcile bank accounts, vendor balances, and internal cash flow reports. Prepare monthly P&L inputs, cash flow summaries, and operational finance reports. Track budgets, expenses, and cost centers with clear categorization and controls.
Inventory Management & Control Lead inventory tracking for raw materials, packaging, and consumables. Ensure inventory accuracy through daily monitoring and routine audits. Analyze kitchen consumption trends and flag waste, variances, or inefficiencies. Partner with kitchen and logistics teams to improve turnover, forecasting, and loss prevention.
Procurement & Vendor Leadership Lead procurement planning and purchasing for ingredients, packaging, and supplies. Own supplier coordination, delivery follow-ups, and payment schedules. Negotiate pricing, MOQs, and payment terms to improve margins and cash flow. Maintain structured vendor records, contracts, pricing history, and performance logs.
Pricing, COGS & Decision Support Provide real-time cost data to support pricing and menu decisions. Own COGS calculations and meal-level margin visibility. Evaluate financial impact of promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns. Act as a trusted data partner to marketing and growth teams.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.3+ years of experience across finance operations, inventory, procurement, or AR (F&B, cloud kitchens, or FMCG experience strongly preferred). Hands-on experience with accounting and inventory systems (e.g., Zoho Books, Google Sheets). Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and ownership. Confident vendor negotiation and cross-team communication skills.
