We are looking for an experienced Odoo Developer to join our technical team and deliver customized solutions using the Odoo ERP platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and modifying modules based on business needs, integrating Odoo with other systems, and maintaining optimal performance to ensure a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Customize Odoo Modules:
o Create and modify standard and custom modules based on business requirements.
o Design custom user interfaces using XML, CSS, and JavaScript.
2. System Integration:
o Integrate Odoo with external systems such as payment gateways, email services, and cloud platforms.
o Work with APIs to develop secure and efficient integration solutions.
3. Requirement Analysis:
o Collaborate with teams to analyze business needs and provide appropriate solutions.
o Gather and analyze client requirements to ensure modules align with their expectations.
4. Testing and Quality Assurance:
o Conduct testing to identify and fix issues in developed modules.
o Optimize performance to ensure the system functions efficiently and reliably.
5. Maintenance and Technical Support:
o Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot any issues.
o Keep the platform updated and ensure compatibility with the latest Odoo versions.
Requirements:
1. Technical Skills:
o Experience in Odoo development and proficiency in Python.
o Solid understanding of PostgreSQL database.
o In-depth knowledge of Odoo architecture and APIs.
o Familiarity with XML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks.
2. Additional Skills:
o Strong problem-solving skills.
o Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams and clients.
o Understanding of Agile/Scrum development practices.
3. Experience:
o 1-3 years of experience in Odoo development.
o Knowledge of ERP systems like accounting, HR, or sales is a plus.
