Business Unit Overview - Activation Hub team - Graphic Designer

MERC "Middle East Resourcing Center" Business Unit is the department responsible for supporting the operations for the Consulting Line of Service. The department focuses on multiple competencies such as Resourcing, Business Development, Talent Acquisition & Recruitment, Human Capital, Communications, and Central Finance. MERC Consulting team contributes to the achievements of the consulting line of service by providing the backend support required to deliver high end results to our clients.

This individual will work within the Middle East Local Activation Hub (LAH) to support regional opportunities, proposal design development, and design enhancements on strategic opportunities across our PwC competencies within the Consulting Line of Service. They will collaborate with multiple regional teams (e.gEngagement Teams, Activation Proposal Leads, X-LoS teams) and global teams when necessary, to execute standardized proposal design and include creativity in proposals. They will also work across functional teams to work on digital innovation in proposals. As one piece of the ecosystem, the Design Senior Associate will support proposal designs in English and Arabic and oral presentations.

The Senior Graphic Designer Will Have Advanced Skills In

  • Mastering the layout, design, graphics, and style of Google Slides and PowerPoint files for high-level proposals, project deliverables, and reports.
  • Ensuring and overseeing consistency of layout, fonts, colors, and branding across all pages, setting design standards for the team.
  • Leading the development of Google Slides/PowerPoint templates that are tailored to complex project requirements based on detailed client briefs.
  • Strategically developing creative concepts for high-stakes opportunities to be utilized in key proposal documents.
  • Guiding project teams in creating sophisticated infographics, comprehensive reports, high-impact presentations, detailed visuals, and illustrations as per project demands.
  • Spearheading the development of advanced digital assets in proposals to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
  • Demonstrating advanced video production skills, including editing and animation, to create compelling multimedia content.
  • Expertise in designing materials that align with and exceed clients' goals and objectives, demonstrating a high level of understanding and implementation.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite (especially Google Slides) and experience in creating and managing Micro Sites, providing technical guidance and best practices to the team.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interactive Media, Creative Media, Architecture, or equivalent
  • At least 1-2 years of past design experience in a leadership role, managing projects from inception to completion
  • Strong experience in Adobe Creative Suite with advanced skills in After Effects, as part of the work involves creating and editing complex videos
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Advanced media management and organizational skills
  • Flair for design and exceptional attention to detail
  • Good command of listening, reading, spoken, and written English

A Senior Graphic Designer Must Have
