Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our technical department at Giga. As an integral part of our team, you will provide crucial administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our technical services.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize the technical department's email correspondence and phone calls.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls for the technical team.
- Assist in preparing and organizing technical documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for technical staff when necessary.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems accurately.
- Provide general administrative support such as ordering supplies, processing expenses, and handling inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Hight deploma in business administration, IT management, or any technel filed.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a technical or IT environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of technical terminology and concepts related to internet services.
Experience working in the telecommunications or ISP industry.
Familiarity with project management tools and software.
