HR Assistant

  • Prepares reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership.
  • Develops actionable short- and long-term goals and benchmarks based on data analysis and presents them to senior leadership for approval.
  • Utilize various sources to gather and compile HR data such as HRIS, payroll, surveys, exit interviews, and employment records, among others.
  • Evaluating HR data and metrics to identify opportunities for enhancing the organizational culture, providing recommendations for improving talent acquisition, staff retention, motivation, and addressing compliance requirements.

Skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office or HR related software.
  • Good knowledge of MOHRE system
  • Good Knowledge of Emigration
  • Exceptional written and oral communication abilities.
  • Effective communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Proficiency in using HR-related software and tools, including Microsoft Office suite.
