DHL Global Forwarding has an opening for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist where you will implement Rewards programs/ plans and conduct job analysis, evaluation and market benchmarking to align employee pay levels with the external and internal value of jobs as well as employees’ performance in line with business needs, Rewards philosophy and plans, best practices and local legal requirements.  Join us now in connecting people and improving lives

 

In this Compensation & Benefits Specialist position  

 
  • You will implement Compensation (C&B) programs and reward policies that are aligned with the company's business objectives for all staff levels.
  • You will analyze legislative, market and actuarial trends and projections.
  • You will interpret the implications of business strategy on organizational design.
  • You will provide consulting on C&B matters (e.g., interpret policy) and analysis for Business Managers.
  • You will conduct job analysis and evaluation, salary administration, analysis of compensation surveys and obtain all necessary information to prepare compensation and budget proposals.
  • You will supervise the collection of data about company's Compensation and Benefit policies.
  • You will manage compensation benchmarking survey for Gulf countries in conjunction with HRBPs.
  • You will support in grading implementation and reviewing new roles.
  • You will work on pay bands for Gulf countries and manage benefits benchmarking for fair benefits across all gulf countries.
  • You will train and Coach HR Business Partners on different C&B processes and policies.
  • You will manage year end processes for gulf countries.
  • You will support in data accuracy across countries and manage different compensation systems like HRGT, Comp Connect etc.
  • You will support in implementation of global C&B topics in conjunction with MEA C&B lead.
  • You will convince other subject matter experts to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches.
  • You may cooperate with and coordinate 3rd parties e.g., external service providers.
  • You will build strong, trusting cross-functional relationships with DHL managers.
  • You will understand customer and key stakeholders’ interests and concerns and advise direct reports, customers, and key stakeholders.
  • You will provide technical guidance to line managers and employees.

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • HR/C&B certification
  • Experience more than 6 years
  • Supervisory or team lead experience
