In this role, you will transform complex data into actionable insights, develop predictive models, and build AI-driven solutions that support strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in statistics, machine learning, data visualization, and programming, with experience working in cloud-based environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges using advanced analytics and artificial intelligence. Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources. Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems. Design and implement data science solutions that improve operational efficiency and business performance. Build, validate, and deploy machine learning models into production environments. Conduct statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to identify trends and business opportunities. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Business Intelligence, and Operations teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions. Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Monitor model performance and continuously improve prediction accuracy. Research emerging AI and machine learning techniques and recommend innovative solutions. Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance with organizational standards. Document methodologies, models, and technical processes for knowledge sharing and scalability. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics. Strong proficiency in Python and SQL. Experience with machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, Tensor Flow, PyTorch, XGBoost, or similar frameworks. Experience working with large datasets, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), and big data technologies is preferred. Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio. Experience with version control systems (Git) and MLOps practices is considered an advantage. Requirements Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings clearly. Ability to work independently in a remote, cross-functional environment. Strong understanding of statistics, predictive analytics, and machine learning concepts.
