About the job Business Development Associate Pharmaceutical Industry Makkah, KSA
The opportunity This is a strategic leadership role with one of the region's leading pharmaceutical organizations, focused on driving growth in the vaccines and biological products sector. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's future expansion by identifying and managing strategic partnerships, leading market entry initiatives, and supporting the launch of innovative products in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities Identify, evaluate, and prioritize current and future partners (biotech, pharma, CMOs, and government entities). Lead partnership models including manufacturing, distribution, and technology transfer. Own the end-to-end alliance lifecycle, from opportunity identification through to performance tracking. Proactively identify risks (scientific, regulatory, operational, and reputational) and define mitigation plans. Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders across partner organizations. Develop and maintain a company-wide Business Growth Plan aligned with strategic objectives. Collaborate closely with Commercial, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance teams to evaluate and execute new business opportunities.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience5-7 years in the pharmaceutical industry KSA experience is a MUSTExcellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
