Schedule Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM Philadelphia, PA Time, with a 30-minute paid break (40 hours per week)
Responsibilities Call Management: Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Intake Processing: Complete comprehensive intake questionnaires with callers, gathering all relevant information to accurately assess program or case eligibility. Client Onboarding: Sign up qualified clients securely over the phone, ensuring all required digital documentation is accurately completed and captured. Customer Service Excellence: Provide top-tier customer service while addressing varied client inquiries, navigating objections, and resolving concerns. Data Documentation: Maintain detailed, organized, and highly accurate records of all client interactions and call histories within the central system. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the wider internal team to ensure smooth, synchronized, and timely processing of all client intakes. Compliance Adherence: Adhere strictly to established data protocols and maintain full compliance with all applicable privacy guidelines.
Requirements Call Center Footprint: Previous professional experience working successfully within a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment is preferred. Linguistic Standard: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills alongside strong active listening and interpersonal abilities. Operational Habits: Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with discretion. Volume Endurance: Ability to multitask, manage high call queues, and work efficiently under pressure to meet operational benchmarks. Technical Literacy: Strong computer skills and hands-on proficiency in using CRM software or comparable database tools.
