Mission of the Role
You will be the overall business leader for Bulgaria, responsible for strategy, P&L, governance, and people, reporting directly to the Group Board.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership- Define and execute a clear multi-year strategy for the Bulgarian business across all sectors.- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and acquisitions to grow revenue and market share in Bulgaria and the broader EMEA region.
General Management & P&L Ownership- Full responsibility for P&L, cash flow, and capital allocation for all Bulgarian entities.- Oversee end-to-end operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with local and EU regulations.
Leadership & Organization Building- Build, lead, and mentor a senior leadership team across all business units.- Drive talent attraction, succession planning, and leadership development.
Governance, Risk & Compliance- Ensure strong corporate governance, internal controls, and risk management.- Represent the company with regulators, banks, auditors, and key institutional partners.
Stakeholder Management & Growth- Primary point of contact between Bulgarian operations and the Group Board/Shareholders.- Build long-term relationships with key customers, suppliers, strategic partners, and local authorities.

Ideal Profile
Nationality: Relevant.
Experience:- 15+ years of leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a CEO / Country Manager / General Manager role.- Proven track record managing diversified portfolios.- Demonstrable experience in scaling operations, turnarounds, or transformation in emerging or growth markets.
Functional Skills:- Strong P&L management, corporate finance, and budgeting.- Deep understanding of operations and supply chain.- Solid understanding of corporate governance and EU regulatory frameworks.
Education & Languages:- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.- Excellent English is mandatory; German, Turkish, or Bulgarian are a strong advantage.
