Job Title: Consultant Neonatologist

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Consultant Neonatologist to join our client's leading healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi. This role offers the opportunity to work in a world-class neonatal intensive care unit, delivering exceptional care to newborns and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert clinical care to neonates in the NICU- Lead multidisciplinary teams in neonatal care delivery- Participate in on-call rota for emergency neonatal care- Mentor junior doctors and medical trainees- Contribute to clinical audit, research, and quality improvement initiatives- Ensure compliance with clinical governance standards
Qualifications and Experience- MD or equivalent medical degree- Board certification in Neonatology (ABMS, Royal College, or equivalent)- Minimum 5 years post-CCT experience in neonatology- Valid medical license (DOH Abu Dhabi license preferred or willingness to obtain)- Strong communication and leadership skills- Experience in NICU level III or IV settings is essential
