Job Summary Help patients overcome everyday difficulties arising from physical, mental, or developmental conditions to regain total independence in daily living and meaningful activities. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients' ability to perform activities of daily living and identify functional barriers. Design and deliver tailored therapy programs to restore independence at home, work, and school. Recommend and train patients in the use of adaptive equipment and assistive technology. Modify environments and routines to support patient capability and safety. Track functional progress and adjust interventions accordingly. Coordinate with families, caregivers, and the multidisciplinary team on care goals. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy. Valid professional license (DHA / DOH / MOH or country-equivalent). Minimum 2 years relevant clinical experience. Experience across paediatric, physical, or mental-health caseloads. Key Skills & Competencies Creative, solution-focused intervention design. Strong assessment and goal-setting ability. Patience and motivational communication. Cultural sensitivity and family engagement.
