We help organizations hire top talent globally while providing recruitment, payroll, and workforce solutions. As part of our expansion in Europe, we are looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Recruitment Consultant to develop our business across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
The Role This is a true 360 recruitment position combining both business development and recruitment delivery. You will be responsible for building your own client portfolio, developing long-term relationships with companies across the DACH market, and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions for your clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both sales and recruitment and wants to have a direct impact on the growth of a business.
Responsibilities Business Development Identify and acquire new clients across the DACH region Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers Develop strategic partnerships with companies across various industries Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, Linked In, and outbound activities Negotiate commercial terms and recruitment agreements Recruitment Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to placement Source, assess, and interview candidates Present qualified candidates to clients Manage offer negotiations and closing processes Build and maintain talent pipelines within your specialized markets Market Development Develop expertise within selected industries and market segments Monitor hiring trends and market developments Advise clients on talent acquisition strategies and market conditions Contribute to the growth strategy of the DACH business

Requirements10+ years of experience in recruitment agency or executive search. Experience in business development and client management Strong communication and negotiation skills Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong commercial drive Ability to work independently in a remote environment Fluent German and English required Experience within the DACH market
