Roles & Responsibilities
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, FRS preparation, process flows, project governance, and banking domain processes (Retail Banking, Customer Onboarding, Sales, and Customer Service). Hands-on knowledge of Siebel Configuration, Workflows, Integration Framework, and Open UI is required
Candidates must have expertise in Siebel Tools, eScript, Business Components, Business Services, Workflows, Open UI, Siebel EAI, Integration Framework, REST/SOAP Web Services, SQL, and Oracle Database. Experience in CRM implementation, migration, integration, and enhancement projects is preferred.
The candidate should have strong expertise in Functional Testing, SIT, Regression Testing, UAT, API Testing, Integration Testing, Test Case Preparation, Defect Tracking, and CRM business process testing. Banking domain experience and familiarity with test management tools are highly preferred.
Desired Candidate Profile
Exp: 10+ years of experience in Oracle Siebel CRM implementations and end-to-end CRM project management.
Exp: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Siebel CRM Development.
Exp: 5+ years of experience in testing Oracle Siebel CRM applications.
