Job Overview Our client is looking for an SEO Specialist / Share Point Administrator to manage and optimize their Share Point environment while leading in-house SEO initiatives. This dual-function role requires a blend of technical systems expertise and marketing knowledge to streamline internal workflows through automation, improve organic search performance, and ensure alignment with external SEO partners.
Schedule Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM AEST, with 1 hour unpaid/paid break (40 work hours per week)
Responsibilities Share Point Administration & Automation: Manage, maintain, and optimize the Share Point environment; build automations to streamline internal workflows; identify and implement improvements to system functionality; and ensure proper organization and accessibility of files and data. SEO Strategy & Execution: Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies; optimize content to improve organic search rankings; support content creation aligned with brand guidelines; and monitor performance to recommend improvements. Collaboration & Ownership: Take ownership of Share Point and SEO functions while reporting directly to leadership; liaise with external SEO partners to maximize ROI; and align in-house activities with the broader marketing strategy. Administrative Support: Assist with ad hoc data entry tasks and support broader team operations during quieter periods to ensure continuous improvement in systems and marketing.
Requirements Strong experience in Share Point administration and automation Solid understanding of SEO (keyword research, on-page optimization, content strategy) Ability to collaborate with external partners and internal teams Professional written and verbal English communication skills
