Role Overview We are hiring an IT Manager to lead the IT function and the team that runs it. The role spans systems, security basics, and people leadership — keeping the company productive and the platforms reliable.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of IT support and systems administrators- Own IT roadmap, budget, and vendor relationships- Oversee identity, access, MDM, and Saa S administration- Partner with security on baseline controls and compliance- Lead incident response and major IT projects- Develop policies, procedures, and runbooks for the IT function
Required Skills and Qualifications- 5+ years in IT, with at least 2 years managing IT staff- Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 administration- Hands-on experience with MDM, identity, and Saa S platforms- Experience managing budgets, vendors, and contracts- Excellent written and verbal communication- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001) is a plus
