Position: Technical Lead Type: Contract Compensation: $50 - $120/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week
Role Responsibilities Lead technical direction and architectural decisions for AI agent development using modern programming languages. Collaborate with cross-functionalteams to design, build, and optimize scalable AI solutions. Write high-quality, production-level code in React, Python, Node.js, PHP, . NET, C#, or C++. Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration. Develop, evaluate, and iterate on AI model training processes to enhance performance and accuracy. Continuously research emerging trends in AI and software development to recommend improvements and drive innovation.
Requirements:Have strong relevant experience in developing with React, Python, Node.js, PHP, . NET, C#, or C++ for at least . Have proven leadership experience guiding technical teams and projects to successful delivery. Possess strong expertise in training AI models and implementing machine learning solutions.
