Your Role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and engaging the talents who will drive CELESTAL’s success in the Middle East.
🔹 Recruitment & Sourcing Partner with Business Managers to define hiring needs Source and attract top technical talent through Linked In, job boards, and professional networks Manage the full recruitment cycle: screening, interviews, and offer closing
🔹 Candidate Experience Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate journey from first contact to onboarding Build strong relationships with candidates in a competitive market
🔹 Employer Branding & HR Communication Strengthen our presence on Linked In and other channels Contribute to recruitment events and initiatives to attract top talent in the region
🔹 Continuous Improvement Proactively suggest improvements to recruitment processes, tools, and strategies Contribute to building efficient and scalable recruitment practices in a fast-growing environment
Your Profile
✔ Experience: At least 2 years in recruitment, ideally in consulting, staffing, or technical industries✔ Sourcing Expertise: Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (Linked In Recruiter, ATS, etc.)✔ Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders✔ Autonomy & Proactivity: You take ownership, anticipate needs, and drive results independently✔ Technical Mindset: Comfortable recruiting technical profiles, ideally within Oil & Gas, energy, or infrastructure sectors✔ International Exposure: Experience or strong interest in working in an international and multicultural environment✔ Languages: Fluent English is mandatory; Arabic is a plus
