Hiring: Research Analyst / AI Evaluation (Python + Data Structuring) – Contract???? Location: Remote (India, Bangladesh, Brazil, Colombia, Egypt, Ghana, Indonesia, Kenya, Nigeria, Turkey, Vietnam)⏳ Duration: 4 Weeks (Short-term Contract)
???? Availability: 8 hrs/day (with 4 hrs overlap with PST)⚡ Start: Immediate

What you’ll do:• Design research-based tasks using real-world documents (papers, reports, case studies)• Extract and structure insights from large unstructured datasets• Create JSON-based ground truth and validation logic• Evaluate AI outputs and ensure accuracy using structured criteria• Break complex research problems into multi-step workflows• Work within Docker environments for reproducibility✅ What we’re looking for:
• 5+ years of research experience (academic or industry)• Strong analytical reading & information extraction skills• Experience working with unstructured data (documents, reports)• Knowledge of JSON/data structures & Python scripting• Exposure to AI/LLM evaluation (good to have)• Hands-on Docker experience
