Position: Architectural Design & CAD Expert Type: Hourly contract Compensation: $19 - $65/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities Execute full-cycle architectural design workflows from concept modeling to detailed drawing sets. Develop and refine 3D models while maintaining design integrity across all phases. Organize and manage digital files, layers, and documentation for efficient coordination. Produce accurate plans, sections, elevations, and construction-ready documents. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate workflows and technical decisions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex modeling and design challenges. Document and articulate design processes to support AI training and workflow standardization.
Requirements Strong experience in Rhino3D and Vectorworks for architectural design projects. Expertise in file coordination, organization, and documentation management. Deep understanding of technical workflows in architectural design and drafting. Ability to develop detailed 3D models and translate concepts into construction documents. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clear articulation of design intent. Strong problem-solving skills in handling complex design and workflow challenges. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
