Data Analyst
Role Summary We’re looking for a Data Analyst to help us turn data into clear insights that drive better decisions across game development, Live Ops, and marketing. This role is focused on impact, not reporting, understanding player behavior, improving performance, and helping teams move faster and smarter. You’ll work closely with product, design, UA, and leadership to identify opportunities, measure results, and guide decisions with data.

Responsibilities:Product & Game Analytics Analyze player behavior, progression, retention, and engagement Identify opportunities to improve gameplay, economies, and user experience Support balancing decisions with data (difficulty, rewards, monetization)
Live Ops & Performance Track and evaluate in-game events, offers, and updates Provide insights on what drives retention, engagement, and revenue Help optimize content cadence and Live Ops strategy
UA & Marketing Analytics Analyze campaign performance (CPI, ROAS, LTV, retention) Support creative testing and audience segmentation Work with marketing to improve acquisition efficiency
Insights & Decision Support Translate data into clear, actionable insights (not just dashboards) Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the product Support fast decision-making with structured analysis
Data & Reporting Build and maintain dashboards for key metrics Ensure data accuracy and consistency across tools Work with engineering to define tracking and events Automate data transformations and aggregations for reports and dashboards.

What We’re Looking For2–5+ years of experience in data analysis (gaming experience is a strong plus) Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets Experience with tools like Python, Excel, Looker, Tableau, Power Bi or similar Understanding of key gaming metrics (Retention, ARPDAU, LTV, etc.) Ability to turn data into clear insights and recommendations Comfortable working in a fast-paced, product-focused environment
Nice to Have Experience in mobile gaming or F2P environments Experience with A/B testing and experimentation Familiarity with analytics tools (Firebase, Game Analytics, Amplitude, etc.)
