Job Details

Role Summary:We are looking for a Mid–Senior Gameplay Programmer to join our Riyadh studio. In this role, you will design and build core gameplay systems, mechanics, and tools, working closely with designers and artists to bring ideas to life quickly and iteratively. You’ll play a key role in shaping prototypes into solid, scalable gameplay experiences.
Responsibilities:Develop, test, and optimize gameplay systems using Unity (C#) Implement core mechanics, controls, physics, and AI behaviors Collaborate closely with designers to rapidly iterate on gameplay prototypes Write clean, modular, and maintainable code Debug, profile, and optimize performance across systems Work cross-functionally with artists, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features Contribute ideas and improvements to gameplay and technical solutions Stay up to date with modern game development practices and tools

Qualifications:3+ years of experience in mobile game development (Unity required) Strong proficiency in C# and Unity At least one shipped title or strong prototype experience Solid understanding of game architecture and systems design Ability to work independently and take initiative Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to adapt quickly to feedback and changing priorities
