Position: Transaction Structuring Expert Type: Hourly contract Compensation: $140 - $240/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities Build and refine advanced deal models including recapitalizations, leverage structures, and earnout frameworks. Lead due diligence processes including dataroom analysis, working capital normalization, and cohort analysis. Support capital markets activities through debt capacity and leverage modeling. Advise on bespoke transactions such as carve-outs, spin-offs, and IP licensing arrangements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support transaction structuring and execution. Communicate complex transaction strategies and recommendations clearly to stakeholders. Ensure high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and strategic alignment across deliverables.
Requirements Strong experience in investment banking, corporate development, or buy-side finance roles. Strong expertise in advanced deal modeling and transaction structuring. Strong experience conducting detailed due diligence and financial analysis. Strong understanding of capital markets and debt financing strategies. Experience working on complex and bespoke financial transactions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
