Position: Specialized Transaction Modeling Expert Type: Hourly contract Compensation: $140 - $240/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities Design, build, and refine advanced financial models for industry-specific transactions. Develop bespoke transaction structures including carve-outs, licensing deals, and complex financial frameworks. Conduct in-depth due diligence with a focus on unit economics and cohort analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and actionable insights. Communicate complex modeling assumptions and results through clear reports and presentations. Perform scenario analysis and sensitivity testing for strategic decision-making. Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging transaction structures.
Requirements Strong experience in investment banking, private equity, or transaction-focused finance roles. Strong expertise in building industry-specific and bespoke financial models. Strong experience conducting due diligence and interpreting complex financial data. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. Deep understanding of transaction structuring across various financial domains. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to collaborate effectively in remote, cross-functional teams.
