Role Overview The Sales & Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for optimizing sales pipelines, marketing workflows, reporting systems, and revenue tracking. This role plays a critical part in aligning marketing and sales teams to enhance performance visibility, improve lead conversion, and drive operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Design and optimize sales and marketing operational processes Manage CRM systems and ensure data accuracy (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot, Zoho) Develop performance dashboards and reporting frameworks Track KPIs across lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth Align marketing campaigns with sales targets and forecasting models Improve lead management workflows and automation processes Support budgeting, pipeline forecasting, and performance analysis Collaborate with leadership to drive data-informed decisions Qualifications & Requirements5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Revenue Operations Strong experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools Advanced analytical and reporting skills Experience working with remote or regional teams Strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing cycles Professional proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage) Important Notes This is a paid, full-time remote position.
