Commercial Manager | Fin Tech | Full-Time | Remote | MENAAbout the Role We are a trusted recruitment partner hiring on behalf of a fast-growing Fin Tech company operating across the MENA region. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead revenue growth initiatives, strategic partnerships, and commercial operations. This is a full-time, paid remote position open to candidates based in the MENA region. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in financial services, digital payments, or technology-driven financial platforms, with a proven ability to drive business expansion and optimize commercial performance. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the company’s commercial strategy to drive revenue growth across MENAIdentify and secure strategic partnerships with banks, payment providers, and enterprise clients Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and commercial agreements Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities Collaborate with product, marketing, compliance, and operations teams to align commercial initiatives Manage key accounts and maintain strong client relationships Monitor commercial KPIs and prepare performance reports for senior leadership Ensure compliance with regional financial regulations and internal policies Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA is a plus)5+ years of experience in commercial management, business development, or revenue leadership Previous experience within Fin Tech, digital payments, banking, or financial services Strong understanding of MENA financial markets and regulatory environments Proven track record in contract negotiation and partnership development Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities Ability to work independently in a remote, cross-border environment What We Offer Full-time remote opportunity within MENACompetitive compensation package Exposure to high-growth Fin Tech environment Opportunity to lead regional commercial expansion initiatives
