Responsibilities:


Read and interpret isometric drawings, P&IDs, and tubing schematics for accurate installation.
Measure, cut, bend, and fit stainless steel or alloy tubes using hand and power tools.
Install tubing systems for instrumentation, hydraulic, and pneumatic services.
Prepare tube ends and fittings using Swagelok, Parker, or equivalent compression fittings.
Perform routing and clamping of tubes to ensure correct alignment and vibration control.
Conduct preventive maintenance on tubing systems in operational plants.
Ensure proper handling of sensitive instrumentation tubing and components.

Qualifications & Experience:


Technical Diploma / ITI Certificate in Mechanical or Pipe Fitting discipline.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Tube Fitter in oil & gas, refinery, or shipyard projects.
Proficient in tubing fabrication and installation (stainless steel, copper, alloy steel).
Experience with Swagelok / Parker fittings and instrumentation tube systems.
