On behalf of a dynamic marketing services firm, we are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives and drive brand growth across the Middle East. This is a full-time remote opportunity open to candidates based in the Middle East. About the Role As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support business growth. You will collaborate closely with leadership, sales, and creative teams to deliver measurable results. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong execution skills, data-driven decision-making abilities, and experience within marketing services, agencies, or B2B environments. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives Lead brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market initiatives Manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, content, email, paid media) Oversee lead generation strategies and marketing funnel optimization Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights based on KPIsManage marketing budgets and ensure ROI-driven spending Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing and revenue targets Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights Manage external vendors, agencies, and media partners when needed Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within marketing services, agency, or B2B sectors Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns and lead generation Strong understanding of performance marketing, analytics, and CRM tools Experience with marketing automation platforms is a plus Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
