Job Summary We are looking for a KOL Onboarding & Growth Manager to lead the early-stage development of new content creators within our incubator program. This role is responsible for guiding creators through the initial setup, content strategy, audience growth, and community engagement phases. The goal of this position is to help creators establish a strong digital presence, build engaged communities, and develop scalable content funnels that convert audiences into active platform users. You will work closely with creators, designers, editors, community managers, and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding and consistent growth. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in digital marketing, creator ecosystems, community growth, and performance-driven content strategy.
About the Creator Incubator The Creator Incubator focuses on identifying and developing high-potential creators across different regions and markets. By providing operational support, production resources, and strategic guidance, we help creators build influential digital brands and scale their audience impact. The incubator works closely with creators to develop content systems, community infrastructure, and growth strategies that enable sustainable expansion across social platforms.
Key Responsibilities1. Creator Onboarding & Setup Support new creators during the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition into the program. Assist with the setup and optimization of social media accounts and community platforms. Coordinate with internal teams to establish branding assets, design styles, and content templates. Help creators structure their initial content roadmap and publishing strategy.2. Content Production & Quality Control Guide creators on content production workflows and best practices. Work with video editors and designers to ensure content quality and consistency. Monitor publishing schedules and ensure content is delivered on time. Provide feedback on content performance and improvement opportunities.3. Community Growth & Engagement Support creators in building and managing active online communities. Ensure consistent interaction between creators and their audiences. Help design engagement initiatives to increase user participation and retention. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate community campaigns and promotional activities.4. Performance Monitoring & Optimization Track and analyze content and community performance metrics. Prepare regular performance reports and insights. Identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly. Set performance goals and provide guidance to creators based on data insights.5. Scaling & Operational Development Assist in developing scalable onboarding systems for future creators. Improve operational workflows for creator growth and performance tracking. Support the expansion of the incubator program across multiple regions and markets.
Qualifications Experience3+ years of experience in digital marketing, creator management, growth operations, or community development. Creator Economy Knowledge Strong understanding of social media platforms such as You Tube, Tik Tok, Telegram, Discord, Twitter/X, or Instagram. Content & Growth Strategy Experience working with creators or digital brands to grow audiences and improve engagement. Project Management Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple creators or projects simultaneously. Data Analysis Comfortable using performance metrics and analytics to guide decision-making. Communication Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional languages are a strong advantage for regional market development. Mindset Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-growing environments. Strong interest in digital communities, creator ecosystems, and emerging technology sectors.
