On behalf of a growing trading company, we are seeking a Trading Business Operations Officer to oversee operational processes, ensure compliance, and support efficient trade execution. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in trading operations, financial processes, and cross-functional coordination in fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily trading operations and ensure smooth execution of transactions Monitor trade lifecycle processes including order processing, settlement, and reconciliation Coordinate with brokers, custodians, banks, and counterparties Ensure compliance with internal policies and regional regulatory requirements Prepare operational and performance reports for management Monitor risk exposure and support risk management processes Maintain accurate trade records and documentation Identify process inefficiencies and implement operational improvements Support onboarding of new trading partners and accounts Collaborate with finance, compliance, and trading desks to resolve discrepancies Assist in system enhancements and automation initiatives Ensure timely communication with internal and external stakeholders Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field3–6 years of experience in trading operations, brokerage, or financial services Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, settlements, and reconciliation processes Knowledge of financial markets (equities, commodities, forex, or derivatives) Familiarity with trading platforms and ERP/financial systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently in a remote environment Excellent communication skills in English Job Details Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Trading / Financial Services Reporting Line: Operations Manager / Head of Trading
