On behalf of a fast-growing organization, we are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer – Product Design to join their team remotely across the MENA region. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer passionate about transforming ideas into manufacturable, high-performance products. You will lead end-to-end mechanical design activities, from concept development to production readiness. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of mechanical components and assemblies from concept to production Create detailed 3D models and technical drawings using CAD software (Solid Works, Creo, or similar) Perform engineering calculations, simulations, and tolerance analysis to ensure product reliability Conduct design reviews and implement DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFA principles Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical, industrial design, and supply chain Support prototyping, testing, validation, and product improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality requirements Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers when needed Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Master’s is a plus)6+ years of experience in mechanical product design Strong proficiency in 3D CAD tools (Solid Works, Creo, CATIA, or similar) Experience with prototyping, material selection, and manufacturing processes (Injection molding, CNC, sheet metal, etc.) Familiarity with FEA / simulation tools is highly preferred Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a remote environment Excellent communication skills in English Job Details Employment Type: Full-Time - Remote Industry: Product Development / Manufacturing
