???? About the Role We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to support our team in producing high-performing, trading-focused visual content across multiple regions.
This role reports directly to the Senior Graphic Designer and will support You Tube thumbnails, Shorts visuals, livestream assets, and community campaign materials. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, fast-learning, and comfortable working in a performance-driven content environment (where CTR and engagement matter).
This is a hands-on execution role with strong learning exposure to growth, content strategy, and social media performance.
???? Key Responsibilities Design You Tube thumbnails optimized for CTR under guidance from the Senior Designer. Create Shorts / Reels / Tik Tok visual assets (covers, overlays, highlight cards). Support livestream visual materials (countdowns, banners, lower-thirds, recap cards). Adapt designs for multi-language markets (English / Spanish / other regions when needed). Ensure all visuals follow brand guidelines and compliance requirements (no exaggerated claims, proper disclaimers when required). Assist in maintaining and updating design templates and reusable visual assets. Revise creatives based on data feedback (CTR performance, A/B testing results).

Qualifications0–2 years experience (internships or personal portfolio accepted) Proficiency in Figma / Photoshop (or similar tools) Basic understanding of typography, color hierarchy, and layout Able to design for You Tube, Shorts, and social media formats (16:9, 9:16) Strong attention to detail Able to work full-time and align with Dubai timezone (GMT+4) Interest in trading / crypto / finance content is a plus Portfolio required (even academic or personal projects)
