On behalf of a confidential client, we are seeking an experienced Senior Media Buyer to lead and optimize paid media campaigns across digital platforms. This is a full-time remote role, open to candidates based in the MENA region. About the Role The Senior Media Buyer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance-driven advertising campaigns across multiple channels. This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on media buying expertise, and the ability to drive measurable ROI in a remote, fast-paced marketing environment. The ideal candidate has deep experience managing budgets, scaling campaigns, and working with cross-functional marketing teams. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, Tik Tok, Snapchat, and programmatic networks Manage media budgets, bids, and pacing to maximize ROAS and CPA efficiency Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs and data insights Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and funnels Collaborate with creative, content, and performance teams to align messaging and visuals Analyze audience behavior, funnel performance, and attribution data Prepare performance reports and actionable recommendations Stay up to date with platform updates, trends, and best practices Ensure compliance with platform policies and brand guidelines Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field4–7 years of experience in media buying or performance marketing Proven experience managing paid campaigns across multiple platforms Strong analytical skills and experience with performance tracking tools Hands-on experience with attribution models and conversion tracking Ability to manage large budgets and scale campaigns efficiently Strong communication skills and ability to work remotely Experience in MENA markets is a strong advantage Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus Work Conditions Employment Type: Full-Time Work Mode: Remote Region: Open to candidates based in MENA
