Position: Psychologist (Ph. D/Psy. D) Type: Hourly contract Compensation: $100–$200/hr Location: Remote Commitment: Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week
Role Responsibilities Analyze and annotate clinical interactions for AI training and evaluation Provide expert feedback on psychotherapy and clinical assessment datasets Develop and refine scenarios for psychological testing within AI systems Collaborate with engineers and researchers to improve AI clinical reasoning Apply cognitive behavioral therapy frameworks to guide AI responses Ensure adherence to ethical standards and psychological best practices Support continuous AI improvement using research-backed methodologies
Requirements Doctorate (PhD or Psy D) in Psychology Strong experience with clinical assessment and psychotherapy practices Strong experience applying cognitive behavioral therapy frameworks Strong experience with psychological testing and research methods Excellent written and verbal communication skills with compassionate clarity High attention to detail and commitment to data integrity Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
