Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with experience in media sales and advertising to join our team. This role will focus on outbound outreach to new clients, confidently pitching the company’s media offerings, and setting up follow-up calls with the sales team.
Responsibilities:Conduct outbound outreach to prospective clients via email, phone, and Linked InConfidently present and pitch the company’s media and advertising offerings Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria Schedule follow-up calls and demos for the sales team Maintain accurate records of outreach and lead activity in the CRMFollow up consistently with prospects to move them through the sales funnel Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach messaging Meet weekly outreach and meeting-setting targets
Qualifications:Previous experience as an SDR, sales representative, or similar role in media sales or advertising Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable with cold outreach and objection handling Ability to clearly articulate value propositions to prospective clients Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple leads at once Familiarity with CRM tools and sales outreach platforms is a plus Flexible schedule with availability to scale to full-time quickly
