Job Title:Human Resources Manager Job Purpose:To manage and develop Human Resources functions in a way that supports attracting talent, improving employee performance, and building a positive work environment aligned with the organization’s goals and strategy. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with applicable labor laws and regulations. Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract and hire suitable candidates. Manage employee affairs, including contracts, payroll, leave, attendance, and personnel records. Supervise performance appraisal processes and support employee development and training initiatives. Promote a positive workplace culture and enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Handle employee complaints and resolve workplace issues professionally and fairly. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies. Prepare periodic HR reports and present them to senior management. Contribute to workforce planning and organizational development initiatives. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Good knowledge of labor laws and HR regulations. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to plan, prioritize, and make sound decisions. Proficiency in HR systems and related software. English language proficiency is an advantage.
