Role Responsibilities Develop and curate training materials, case scenarios, and activities based on real-world recreational therapy practices. Train AI systems on therapeutic concepts including sports, arts, music, relaxation techniques, and social engagement. Review and annotate AI outputs to ensure clinical accuracy, empathy, and adherence to approved therapeutic methods. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert patient care scenarios into structured AI training data. Evaluate AI performance and recommend improvements to enhance understanding of therapy interventions and outcomes. Document findings and communicate therapeutic concepts clearly to technical stakeholders. Stay informed on emerging trends and best practices in recreational therapy to refine AI capabilities.
Requirements Professional experience as a Recreational Therapist in clinical environments such as hospitals, rehabilitation centers, or nursing facilities. Strong expertise in therapy program planning, patient assessment, and activity modification. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a compassionate approach. Ability to observe, analyze, and document patient participation and outcomes. Experience developing individualized treatment plans. Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting. Interest in integrating technology with healthcare to improve patient outcomes.
