Position: Career/Technical Education Teachers, Secondary School Type: Hourly contract Compensation: $49–$98 per hour Location: Remote Commitment: Part-time or full-time, contract-based engagement
Role Responsibilities Develop and deliver structured instructional content to train AI models using real-world secondary classroom scenarios Create curriculum-aligned materials reflecting technical, occupational, and career-focused education pathways Define and model effective classroom management rules and procedures for simulated learning environments Prepare diverse instructional materials and virtual classroom setups to reflect authentic teaching workflows Analyze and evaluate AI responses to improve instructional accuracy and feedback loops Cover a broad range of career and technical education subjects and skill areas Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure instructional integrity and data quality
Requirements Valid teaching certification in Career/Technical Education or a related secondary education field Strong experience teaching technical or occupational subjects to secondary school students Strong experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and lesson planning Strong experience using educational technology and digital learning tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfort working independently in a remote, technology-driven environment
