General Job Description
The Assistant Restaurant Manager at Attaché supports the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service, excellent guest experiences, and alignment with Attaché’s luxury brand standards. This role involves supervising floor staff, coordinating with kitchen teams, assisting with financial performance, and acting as a leader in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities
Operational Support: Assist the Restaurant Manager in supervising day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency. Guest Experience: Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by anticipating needs, resolving complaints, and ensuring personalized service. Team Leadership: Supervise and guide waiters, hosts, and floor supervisors, fostering teamwork and professionalism. Training & Development: Support in onboarding, training, and coaching staff to uphold service excellence. Floor Supervision: Monitor table assignments, service flow, and dining room standards during service. Financial Oversight: Assist with budgeting, inventory control, and cost management to achieve revenue targets. Coordination: Work closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless food and beverage service. Standards Enforcement: Uphold brand SOPs, service guidelines, grooming standards, and health & safety compliance. Reporting: Provide feedback to the Restaurant Manager regarding staff performance, guest feedback, and operational improvements. Managerial Coverage: Act as the restaurant lead in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
