Job Title Reporting Engineer I

We are looking for a detail oriented Reporting Engineer I to support project and division reporting activities within the PMO. The role focuses on data collection validation analysis and reporting to support management decision making and performance improvement. Role Purpose Support planning cost control and management reporting by designing maintaining and analyzing project and division reports dashboards and performance data ensuring accuracy timeliness and reliability. Key Responsibilities Design and maintain project and division dashboards reports and presentations using Power BI Excel and Power Point Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and data accuracy Collect validate and consolidate data from planning cost site teams and related stakeholders Analyze KPIs and generate insights to support project and business decisions Coordinate with planning cost control finance commercial and site teams to ensure up to date reporting Facilitate issue resolution related to data discrepancies and reporting gaps Monitor project performance metrics such as schedule adherence and cost variance Highlight key risks trends and areas requiring management attention Requirements1 to 3 years of relevant experience in project reporting planning or project controls Good understanding of project performance measurement and reporting systems Experience in data validation reporting automation and cross functional coordination Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Construction Management Business Finance or related field Advanced English language proficiency written and verbal Technical Skills Advanced proficiency in MS Excel Experience with Power BI Power Point Access and reporting tools Basic understanding of Primavera P6Strong analytical communication and coordination skills
