Role Responsibilities Apply financial counseling expertise to support AI training and evaluation initiatives Analyze credit reports, debt scenarios, and budgeting workflows used in real-world counseling Create and review structured financial guidance aligned with compliance and best practices Ensure AI-generated financial advice reflects empathy, accuracy, and consumer protection standards Work independently to deliver high-quality, confidential, and compliant outputs
Requirements Professional experience in credit counseling, financial counseling, debt management, or a related field Strong ability to analyze credit reports and develop repayment or budgeting plans Excellent written communication skills with high attention to detail Ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and empathetically Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment while maintaining confidentiality
