This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Paid Search Manager | French speaking in EMEA.

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Paid Search Manager to lead and optimize SEM campaigns across the EMEA region. In this role, you will manage day-to-day paid search operations, develop acquisition strategies, and ensure campaigns deliver measurable impact on growth and revenue. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including regional marketing, sales, and creative, to design, test, and scale campaigns tailored to local markets. This role offers the opportunity to directly influence customer acquisition and brand presence while collaborating with a remote, high-performing international team. You will also manage relationships with external vendors, providing strategic guidance to maximize performance. Fluency in French and experience across multiple EMEA markets are essential to succeed in this fast-paced environment.

Accountabilities

Lead and manage SEM campaigns across Google and Bing for EMEA, including acquisition and consideration campaigns. Collaborate with regional Paid Social and marketing teams to create cohesive cross-channel campaigns. Monitor campaign performance daily, identifying trends and implementing optimizations to meet Growth KPIs. Test and iterate on bidding strategies, keywords, ad copy, and landing page structures for maximum ROI. Partner with regional sales and marketing managers to ensure messaging aligns with market-specific needs. Manage relationships with external paid search vendors and provide strategic guidance. Provide insights and reporting to stakeholders, ensuring campaigns are data-driven and performance-oriented.

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience managing SEM accounts for B2B brands, ideally in-house for multiple EMEA markets. Expert knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and related analytics tools. Proven track record in driving acquisition campaigns and meeting key metrics such as CPL, SQO, and ROAS. Strong data-driven mindset with experience in dashboard creation and performance tracking. Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills to work with internal teams and external partners. Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Fluent in English, with proficiency in French highly desirable. Experience managing country-specific campaigns in multiple languages and regions is a plus. Previous experience in HR or Fintech B2B companies, startups, or remote & distributed teams is advantageous.
