What You’ll Do:Serve as a global scientific expert, providing thought leadership and shaping medical strategy in dermatology. Collaborate across research, clinical development, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and impact. Engage with leading dermatology experts worldwide, staying ahead of emerging trends and translating insights into actionable strategies. Oversee scientific rigor and medical quality across clinical studies, regulatory submissions, and evidence generation initiatives. Influence global medical plans and ensure the timely execution of key medical initiatives.
Who You Are:Medical Degree (M. D.) or Ph. D. in life sciences – strongly preferred.5+ years in medical affairs at a global level, ideally in dermatology or immunology. Skilled at analyzing complex data and turning insights into impactful medical strategy. Exceptional communication, storytelling, and collaboration skills – able to influence without direct authority. Comfortable navigating dynamic, fast-paced environments and leading cross-functional initiatives.
