Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Riyadh Region for a Key Account Manager. The role involves managing key client accounts, developing and implementing business plans, and driving revenue growth. Daily responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with clients, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities to maximize customer satisfaction and account performance. Close collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and achievement of business objectives is a core component of this role.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Account Management and Key Accounts strategies to effectively maintain and grow client relationships. Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to assess data, market trends, and client needs for informed decision-making. Experience in Business Planning and developing strategies that align with organizational goals. Excellent Customer Service skills, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering loyalty. Proven ability to work collaboratively and resolve challenges in a fast-paced work environment. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Relevant industry experience in FMCG or sales management in a similar environment is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
