Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Regional Sales Manager based in the Riyadh Region. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies to meet regional targets, managing and mentoring the sales team, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Other responsibilities include analyzing sales trends, preparing performance reports, and identifying opportunities to expand market reach and improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales management, business development, and strategic planning Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in data analysis, market research, and sales forecasting Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance tools Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus) Deep understanding of the FMCG market within Saudi Arabia and the GCC region Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred
