Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Counter Waitress role at Deewaan Restaurant, based in the Riyadh Region. The Counter Waitress will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, taking orders accurately, serving food, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. Additional responsibilities include handling transactions, maintaining cleanliness in the service area, and collaborating with team members to provide an exceptional dining experience.

Qualifications

Strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills for effectively interacting with customers and ensuring satisfaction Experience in Food Preparation and knowledge of handling and presenting food safely and attractively Proficiency in Cash Handling and transaction processing with high accuracy Excellent Communication skills to assist customers and work collaboratively with team members Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, including standing for extended periods Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus Fluency in multiple languages, including English and South-Asian languages, is highly desirable
