In MENA, we are building a long-term partner ecosystem focused on integrators and distribution channels across MENA markets.2) Role Summary We are hiring a part-time, commission-based Network Engineer to support MENA opportunities with technical solution matching and pre-sales execution, and to help convert RFQs into quotations and closed B2B deals. Your mission is to:Understand customer requirements (via integrators / end users) Propose appropriate products + solution architecture with our China-based teams Drive RFQ → quotation → technical confirmation → order closing Employment Type: Part-time (flexible hours) Compensation Model: Commission-based (2%–4% of contract amount)(Commission depends on product/deal type and contribution level.)3) Key Responsibilities Pre-sales Technical Support & Solution Matchingâ—Analyze RFQs and project requirements (networking, data center connectivity, enterprise network).â—Design or assist in designing solution architectures (basic topology, BOM suggestion, compatibility notes).â—Work with China-based engineers/manufacturers to confirm specs, lead time, and technical feasibility. RFQ / Quotation Conversion (Sales-Oriented)â—Support the quotation workflow: requirement clarification → recommended configuration → quotation request → revision cycles.â—Join technical calls with integrators/end users when needed; answer key technical questions and handle objections.â—Help improve conversion quality: focus on qualified demand, not mass leads. Product Enablement & Documentationâ—Prepare or localize basic technical materials: product highlights, deployment notes, comparison tables, FAQs.â—Provide partner-facing technical guidance: positioning, selection tips, and typical application scenarios. Market Feedback & Opportunity Insightsâ—Share market insights: common project specs, preferred brands, pricing expectations, and competitive landscape.â—Identify repeatable solution packages (e.g., data center switching, structured cabling, enterprise Wi-Fi, security network).4) Qualifications Must-haveâ—3+ years experience in network engineering / pre-sales / solution support (B2B technical products/solutions).â—Familiar with networking fundamentals: switching/routing concepts, VLAN, basic security, cabling & SFP/optics basics, Wi-Fi basics.â—Experience supporting system integrators / engineering firms / enterprise projects.â—English communication (written + spoken).
