Job Description Manage online and phone reservations. Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data. Register guests collecting necessary information. Welcome guests upon their arrival. Provide information about our Gym. Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner. Maintain membership sales and retention programs to meet or exceed membership financial goals. Perform Membership sale closing procedures including application & and contract. Job Requirements Work experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or sales representative or similar role. Customer service attitude Excellent communication and organizational skills Good command of English both written and spoken. Flexible to work on a rotational basis. English & Arabic speaker Gym sales experience is a PLUSAuthorized to work in the ladies section. Based in Riyadh Job Types: Full-time, Contract
