Job Objective
The Property Management Supervisor in the real estate sector is responsible for overseeing daily property operations, ensuring efficient management of real estate assets, and maintaining high standards of tenant satisfaction. The role focuses on operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and maximizing the value and performance of managed properties
Responsibilities
Supervise the management of residential and/or commercial properties in the real estate sector. Ensure properties meet quality, safety, and maintenance standards. Coordinate with maintenance teams, contractors, and service providers. Manage and supervise property operations. Monitor property budgets, expenses, and financial performance. Prepare regular reports on property performance and occupancy rates. Ensure compliance with local real estate laws and regulations. Handle tenant complaints and resolve issues professionally. Coordinate with stakeholders to maintain and enhance property value. Prepare and analyze property-related reports. Respond to inquiries related to property management.
Qualifications Degree Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Public Administration, Hospitality and Tourism Management, or Marketing. Minimum of 8 years of experience in property management within the real estate sector. Proven experience in supervising property operations and teams. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
